2. How do you style your hair?
I dry my bangs as soon as I'm out of the shower and brush the rest back in a clip while I do my face and stuff. Then mousse, mostly at the roots, but kinda everywhere. Blow dry on medium upside down till half dry. Right side up on low, using round brush. When mostly dry, I flip back upside down and dry all the way. Lightly brush. Styling taffy. Flip over again and shake out, then flip right side up again.

3. What are you wearing now?
A fuscia thermal and some dirty jeans. I have yet to shower today.

4. Someone (dead/alive/fictional) is asking for your aid-- who is it and why?
Ummmm...   Benton Langley is asking me to help him find his memories.  I don't know who he is or why he's asking me that.


5. Do you nap a lot?
Nearly never unless I absolutely need to.

6. Who was the last person you hugged?
Um...my sister?

7. What's your current fandom/obsession/addiction?
Fandom: Supernatural I guess. I'm not really in fandoms... Also Battlestar, since that's all I've done lately.
Obsession: Right at this very moment, Lois and Clark, Battlestar Galactica, and Supernatural

Chocolate organic poptarts.

9. What was the last text you received?
From google calendar about my haircut appointment.

A reverse dictionary, where I could put in other words that mean similar things/a vague definition/the letter the word starts with, and it would give me the word I was looking for. (leave this too)

A pack of Orbit gum. Spearmint

I'm listening to Starbuck remember how to play All Along The Watchtower, from the last episode.

Well, I used to listen to music. But I stopped that to see if it would help with my wacky dreams. So now I have to think about the inside of my eyelids.

Um...Cheeseburger probably...depends what I feel like.

Everyday in Colorado. It's never the same. Today's weather is really great though.

16. If you could play any musical instrument, which one would you play?
Piano. I've always wanted to learn the piano. In fact...put that up on my list of things to do before I die.

Anyway, here's my attempt. I realized I couldn't really capture the hilarity of that particular moment without movement. So, animated. Not sure I'll keep using it.

Anyway, life update. Most people I know are aware of the promotion offer I got about two weeks ago. That status on that is now official. I turned the offer down for a less huge raise but still more hours so I could stay at the school I'm at now.

My reasoning was multifaceted, but revolved mostly around the fact the kids at the school I work at now and the coworkers at the school I work at now are preferable.

I have gotten no writing done for the past week and half. Basically the promotion stuff and my dad being home during the day now have been either stealing my time or just distracting me in general.

Hopefully I'll be able to get back on track.

Although, there are some discrepencies. I kinda wanna make one myself now...

That was one amazing episode of Supernatural. Similar to 'Mystery Spot' in that it was both hilarious and upsetting. Plus this was at the end and should not be missed by anyone in the world.



It was definitely a good episode to be able to watch after I got really pissed at myself and my TiVo (Melchior) for not getting the first 20 minutes of the episode. Luckily that is why nerd-god invented torrents. They really should have some sort of reminder that if you have a season pass set to permanently save all episodes and have forgotten to change the 'keep up to _ number of episodes' function, it will simply stop recording your show. Even if it has the number one slot...

I actually managed to write a page today!  I guess it finally got to the point where I really really didn't care how crappy it was just so it was done.  Took longer than it usually does though.  I was getting worried.

Dude.  Rehymenated.  Lol.

d. I haven't done much with her yet, but so far, everyone is easier to write than Alexander.

f. I'm just hoping to capture her supreme awesomeness to it's full extent.  In this book and the two that follow.

a. There is a page in one of my planning notebooks that goes something along the lines of "What if William had a kid?  And Alexander had to take care of it?".
b. Courage/bravery.
c. He barrels into most situations without an ounce of forethought.  Kinda because of the above mentioned courage.
d. I have yet to write him, but I think he'll be fun and rather easy.  Plus, like I said, they're all easier than the big guy.

f. I feel only unbearable anticipation for the irate and indignant squawking that will come out of him when he and Callum get stuck in one place together for any length of time.

1. Wake up 15 minutes before alarm by cat attempting to hwark a hairball on my head. It should be noted my alarm was set for 4:30 because of work. I hate waking up before the alarm. It's not like I can go back to sleep for only 15 minutes.

2. Step in dog poop.

3. Take shower.

4. Step in cat puke.  Twice.  And drop my brand-new shirt in it.

5. Become extremely nauseous due to the fact that I forgot to eat more than once yesterday.

6. Leave my house for work when I'm supposed to have arrived.

7. Discover that the housing complex has yet to turn off their sprinklers even though it's been in the 30's at night for a month. Because of this, my car is covered in ice.

8. Finally get on the road only to have my windows fog up so bad I have to pull over and hope I don't run up on the curb in the process. Sit and wait for it defrost.

9. Arrive at work only to discover I wasn't even supposed to be there today.

10. Decide that a nice salted caramel hot chocolate from Starbucks would really cheer me up. But upon ordering, they tell me they can't make that right now how about something else?

I feel like Sam in Bad Day At Black Rock right now.
